The kitchen where food becomes prasad.
Inaugurated in 2025, our Prasadalaya offers soulful, home-cooked Indian meals to devotees who visit the temple, an unbroken continuation of the timeless tradition of annadanam.
The oldest seva, served warm.
In our tradition, food is never merely food. Offered first to the Lord, it returns to us as prasad, grace made edible. The Prasadalaya is the temple’s heart: a place where devotees rest, converse, and receive a meal made entirely with love.
Soulful Home-Cooked Meals
Sattvic Indian fare prepared with devotion, fresh ingredients, and the unhurried rhythm of seva. Every plate is an offering before it is a meal.
A Place to Pause
After darshan and aarti, sit with family and sangha in the warmth of the cafeteria, share food, share silence, share stories.
Inaugurated in 2025
Our state-of-the-art Prasadalaya was consecrated in 2025 to expand the temple's most ancient seva: feeding the devotee.
Open Every Thursday
Thursday is sacred to Sai Baba. The kitchen opens her doors on this day to receive devotees with hot, freshly prepared prasad.
Every Thursday Evening
Doors open after the evening aarti. Walk in, take a seat, and receive your plate. Whether you come alone or with family, there is always room at the table.
A modest contribution toward ingredients and kitchen seva.
Festival & Major Event Days
On festival days, full-moon observances, and other major events, the Prasadalaya extends her hours and her menu. Mahaprasad is served to all who attend, in keeping with the temple’s vow that no devotee leaves hungry.
Refer to the temple calendar for special-day timings, or call ahead for large family visits.
Feed the sangha, and feed the soul.
Annadanam, the gift of food, is held in our scriptures as the highest form of daan. Sponsor a Thursday meal, a festival mahaprasad, or contribute toward the kitchen's ongoing seva in your name, in memory of a loved one, or simply as an offering of gratitude.
